The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to support all system solutions technically in order to meet software requirements.
Role description:
● Install, set up, support, and solve the problems related to tablets and mobiles of executive teams and the software installed on them.
● Register and follow up on the requests in the ticketing system.
● Interact with users to accurately identify needs and their feasibility.
● Perform technical tests related to the changes in order to ensure the process's accuracy.
● Prepare and maintain documents related to the system projects.
● Educate users on topics related to work processes and software.
● Interact with other team members in order to advance intermodal processes and the processes which are affected by each other.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge about application tools such as MS SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Report.
● Support the systems and execution processes in order to ensure proper recording of information and transactions.
● Provide a daily report to the direct manager.
