Job Description

-As a Technical Support (Tech Support) Worker, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining an organization’s computer systems and networks -You will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system administration in a heterogeneous environment of Windows and Linux -Familiarity with hosting service providers in Iran and experience in configuring various services like domain, DNS, email, chat, preferably with CPanel based hosting services -Good understanding and proven experience in setting up SAMBA based domain environment that includes setting up domain controller, managing users, adding windows computers, setting up home directories, print services -Ability to implement various corporate group policies using SAMBA based environment -Experience in the creation and deployment of Windows images and patches for laptops and managing the environment independently -Experience in providing end-user laptop hardware support, coordinating with the hardware vendor to repair the hardware -Experience in providing software support for end users that includes software installation, troubleshooting, fixing problems -Experience in managing anti-virus software environment including client installation, anti-virus policy management, virus definition updates -Proven experience in managing firewalls that include configuring VPN tunnels, routing, firewall policies, internet -Experience in managing tools like git, Jira, confluence wiki, Jenkins, will be an added advantage. -Be extremely proactive in identifying issues and tackling challenges -Be very thirsty to learn and grow, both professionally as well as personally -Other important requirements include technical skills listed below -Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies -Good Knowledge of English Language (Writing and Speaking)
