Job Description

Rise & Up-rise are looking for a Field Support Manager to join our team in Tehran. As the Field Support Manager, you will be responsible for determining appropriate and effective communications regarding technical issues, proactively completing technical issues of customers, and supervising completion of maintenance and troubleshooting work and delivery of solutions to the filed staffs and supervisors. • Manages routine preventive maintenance work flow of elevators. • Supervises technical service team. • Determines job sites’ technical objectives • Provides weekly and/or monthly reports detailing job sites’ technical issues/needs. • Directly communicates on-site with technical service team to address technical issues and/or interacts with upper-management as a professional immediate technical resource. • May perform the role of a technical filed staff as needed. (attend job site) • Coordinates maintenance work for job sites with Service Staff, providing trouble and fault definition and collaborating on troubleshoot and repair process. • Plan, organize and direct daily operations • Establish and implement updated procedures • Ability to supervise working groups • Hire, train and direct elevator maintenance staff • Maintain Quality Control procedures, Installation and Service manual up to date • Create new manuals and update existing manuals • Update CRM with detailed activity with every client interaction • Manage spare part flow and Inspect incoming spare parts • Plan and schedule frequently performed quality assurance inspections and follow up reports • Plan to conduct ISIRI periodic inspections and follow up to achieve certificate • Keep insight with HSE manager • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering with a minimum 5 years’ experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; supervisory experience preferred. • Leadership skills and ability to resolve conflict, mentor, etc., required. • Knowledge of electronic, mechanics and elevators, required. • Must have skill in presentation, problem solving and organization. • Excellent communication skills – including the ability to communicate complicated technical issues in a readily understandable term. • Passion for elevator maintenance with a solid work ethic and team player attitude • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • High level of motivation with the ability to work unsupervised Work Conditions: • Fast-paced environment • Work under pressure • Tight deadlines • Attention to detail
