Job Description

- Installing, configuring and supporting for telecom and data services for Call Centers and switches on customer's site - Resolve technical problems with PABX and Switches and other telecom and data systems - Support, maintenance and trouble-shooting of PABX and Switches - Technical control of purchased equipment - Initiation of required hardware and software systems and knowledge acquisition - Actively participate in creating policies and procedures and train users according to policies

Requirements

- Having B.S. (and plus) Degree in Computer or Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related Fields - Having 3 years’ experiences - Being certified in Network plus - Knowledge in the network for identifying the causes of networking problems - Having the ability to analyze problems accurately and provide the right solutions - Having the ability to learn new technologies - Having strong communication skills - Being good in English reading and writing skills
