Job Description
- Installing, configuring and supporting for telecom and data services for Call Centers and switches on customer's site
- Resolve technical problems with PABX and Switches and other telecom and data systems
- Support, maintenance and trouble-shooting of PABX and Switches
- Technical control of purchased equipment
- Initiation of required hardware and software systems and knowledge acquisition
- Actively participate in creating policies and procedures and train users according to policies
