Job Description

Technical support specialists are knowledgeable about electronic systems, and software applications. They can educate people, answer questions, and troubleshoot any related problems about our technology-based products and services. Our team is composed of maintenance professionals who provide on-site customer service to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment. We are now looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator controller maintenance service close to our customers. In this role, you will be at the core of FC. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to customer and the people using the equipment.


The successful applicant is an effective communicator, curious about the customers’ business and always striving to exceed their expectations. He/she is a flexible team-worker with focus on detail and proven problem-solving skills. To qualify for this position, the candidate should have previous experience from customer service and advanced knowledge of electronics. We expect the person to have education in the field of electronics or Electra-Mechanics. Even if you don't have previous experience or necessary qualifications, you can still apply.
