Job Description

● Resolve technical customer issues in person, over the phone, via mail, and through remote sessions. ● Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with customers on recommendations and action plans. ● Location: Yousef Abaad Ave.

Requirements

● Experience working with setting up, supporting, troubleshooting, and using Linux-Based OS and Windows Servers. ● Experience working with SQL Server and MySQL databases. ● Experience with VMware ESXi: Planning, Implementation, and Security. ● Experience with windows programming languages such as C#, C++, and Java. ● Experience with web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JSON, and Node.js. ● Experience with Active Directory. ● Experience with Acronis and Veeam Backup. ● Familiarity with MikroTik Routers and Wireless and Cisco Switches. ● Knowledge of cryptography, public key infrastructure (PKI), and digital signature. ● Familiar with security and encryption standards and algorithms, and online authentication systems. ● Ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. ● At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. ● Hardworking, flexible, and professional. ● Good communication skills. ● Honesty and personal maturity. ● Accurate. ● Good skills in solving problems. ● Relative English proficiency. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
