Job Description
•To Approve PWA (prior Work Approval) for warranty issues •Electrical and Mechanical Diagnosis on vehicle •To follow up technical complaints of customers •To consult dealers and technicians in diagnosis •To attend in training courses and correspondingly teach the technicians and expert in dealers •To use Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) •To issue Quality information Report
Requirements
•B.S/ M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering •2 years of related experiences •Excellent communication and teamwork skills •Flexible problem solver •Working knowledge of various technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, information systems) •Ability to travel and work under pressure situations •Knowledge of Automotive industry (Mechanical & Electrical & Diagnosis) •Knowledge of after sales service process •Good knowledge of English in Automotive engineering in writing, reading and speaking •Familiar with warranty process •Familiar with CRM process
