Job Description

To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in partnership with our engineers, in the delivery of a support service to our customers which exceeds their expectations in professionalism, solution provision and turn around. Responsibilities - Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee/warranty call-outs for products and professionalism when dealing with customers calls. - Resolving issues on job sites. - Responsibility for complying with and in the management of Health & Safety as stated in the company safety policy. - Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes. - Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities. - Builds and maintains smooth relations with the customers, to obtain their loyalty, and takes note of any potential customers they may recommend. - Implements and maintains a customer satisfaction system for the after-sales department. - Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs. - Ensure that installations and applications are in the job site with customer needs and safety standards.

Requirements

- M.S/B.S Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical engineering or related position. - Fluent in English. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Thorough understanding of electronic systems and component materials. - Attention to detail with a desire for excellence. - Young, high spirit and willingness to learn and grow. - Reliability, Creativity, challenge accepting. - Ideal Age: 25-35. - Problem solving abilities.
