Job Description

Technical support specialists are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about electronic systems, equipment, and software. They can educate people, answer questions, and troubleshoot any related problems with our technology-based products and services. Our team is composed of maintenance professionals who provide on-site customer service to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment. We are now looking for a service-minded Maintenance Engineers to provide professional elevator controller maintenance service to our customers. The job requires ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication with the customer and the people using the equipment.

Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the field of Electronics, Electrical or Electro-technical Engineering At least two years of experience for customer service or advanced electronics and electrical systems An effective communicator, curious about the customers’ business and always striving to exceed their outlooks To be a flexible team-worker with focus on detail and proven problem-solving skills Location: based in Kerman Age range: between 24 to 35
