Job Description

• Calculating and confirming all invoices including wages, materials, etc. • Doing the necessary coordination for the following items: - manufacturing of the products - sending the materials and packaging items to the factories - sending the finished products to the distributing companies - handling brand registrations and doing the necessary follow-ups • Preparing and calculating the amount of materials and necessary items for the production and sending the related files to the planning department • Handling and analyzing the difficulties which occur during the production • Random inspection of the factories

Requirements

• Age: Maximum 30 years old • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Industrial engineering • Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills - Mathematical understanding - Good command of English language - Perfect MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word) • Traits: Meticulous, hardworking, flexible, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
