-Install, analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate security and virus protection software -Perform security and virus protection software maintenance to ensure networks operates correctly with minimal risk -Provide technical assistance to the software (Anti-Virus) users -Answer questions or resolve problems for clients in person, or via telephone or email
