Job Description

We are looking for a technical software support specialist that can offer support and technical assistance to customers and companies who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests. ● Observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. ● Connect with the rest of the team. ● Provide technical assistance support.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software or IT Engineering. ● Knowledge of Linux (LPIC1, LPIC2). ● Knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle. Specialist knowledge: ● Familiarity with Network/VMware. ● Familiarity with C or C# or java is a priority. ● Familiarity with Linux scripting. ● Excellent listening and communication skills. ● Strong customer relationship skills. ● Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. ● Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate. ● Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident. ● Good technical troubleshooting skills. ● Willing to learn application functionality in depth. ● Apply knowledge and learning towards training others. ● Detail-oriented. Soft skills and personality traits: ● High skill in solving problems and providing optimal solutions. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Discipline and professional ethics.
