Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Software Support Specialist that can offer support and technical assistance to customers and company who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests. ● Observe system functioning to verify correct operations detect errors. ● Connect with the rest of the team. ● Provide technical assistance support. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software, or IT engineering. ● Knowledge of Linux scripting. ● Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle. ● Familiar with C and C++. ● At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Specialist knowledge: ● Familiarity with Network and VMware. ● Familiarity with C# or Java is a priority. ● Familiarity with Linux scripting. ● Excellent listening and communications skills. ● Strong customer relationship skills. ● Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. ● Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate. ● Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident. ● Good technical troubleshooting skills. ● Willing to learn application functionality in depth. ● Apply knowledge and learning towards training others. ● Detail-oriented. Soft skills and personality traits: ● High skill in solving problems and providing optimal solutions. ● Participate in teamwork. ● Discipline and professional ethics.
