Job Description

- Having excellent technical knowledge and being well experienced in dairy industry and food ingredients. Familiar with milk protein powders (MPC, WPC, Caseinate, etc.), stabilizers, Rennet and starter cultures and its applications for fermented milk products. - Provide in-depth technical support on the product range to the dairy clients by regular customer visits and trouble-shooting on fermented milk products (this role is regularly supported by the technical team of Lactoprot Germany and Sacco Italy) - Understand customer goals and challenges, map technical and cost saving solutions to customer needs. - Follow and execute on site trials. - Drive growth of the business relationship with new and existing customers. - Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, Develop and support sales processes to improve productivity and ensure that goals are met. - Responsible for maintaining, updating and executing focus account plans to grow business in alignment with the country business plan. - Reporting to CEO.

Requirements

- Master's or Bachelor's in food science is a must. Master’s Degree is preferred. - With minimum 3 years of practical experience in Dairy, especially familiar with production of fermented dairy products and food ingredients. (e.g., milk protein powders, stabilizers, and Rennet and starter cultures) - Customer visit frequency and extensive travel in Iran is required. - Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. - Develop strong relationships with customers. - Motivated, Analytical, structured, high energetic with can do attitude with excellent communication skills
