Job Description

• Writing and posting technical job descriptions • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms like IranTalent and WINaTALENT • Monitoring our freelancer resource based on skills and experience • Managing talent pool and hiring for WINaTALENT recruitment and premium projects • Evaluating specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes by conducting Technical and English test • Executing the process of gathering reviews for freelancer’s experiences • Interviewing freelancers combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews and behavioral questions) • Planning and executing on-site and email support of freelancers • Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products. • Supporting and organizing freelancers issues and meetings

Requirements

• Professional in English language (Writing and speaking) • BSc or MS in MBA, Management, IT or relevant degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements • Very good knowledge about IT and programming fields. (no need to be a programmer) • Familiar with Online business • Pay attention to details • Being active and eager to learn
