Job Description: Manage teams of networks engineers, including LAN & Data Center infrastructure projects, design, Implementation and support Responsibilities: * Planning, controlling and supervision the tasks of technical staff * Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects * Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment * Contribute technically to projects * Work closely with product management team to ensure we're building the best products * Maintaining the relationship with employers and meeting the demand of employer’s project delivery and network operation * Establish company’s advantage in goods delivery, engineering implementation, service delivery, project management * Reasonable and effective to use project management knowledge, tools and skills, develop the project management plan, reasonable scheduling resources belonging to our company, management and control of the subcontractor cooperation, tissue engineering implementation and ensure the implementation of the project schedule, quality, cost, and improving Employers satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements Education, Skills, Experience: Education: Bachelor/ master degree in related fields (Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Information Technology) and priorities with MS degree in business management or other management Experience: At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience (managing teams of 5 or more) Skills: * Networking Skills: Professional at Network+, CCNP, CCNA, TIA-942 & Bicsi Standard * Computer Skills: Experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook * Language Skill: Ability to read and write and Understanding specialized texts (Computer networks) * Management Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, team working skills, Strong marketing with good communication skills, Responsible and cooperative, Having the ability of planning, Having the problem solving skills, Creative, flexible, proactive and energetic, organized * Being able to travel as a part of the job on regular basis is a must
