Leading an extraordinary team entitled for Research and Development as a department concentrated on Telecommunications, including scalable Billing engines, SBC Modules and all of the related fields. The hire will be responsible for managing the team and clarify the milestones, objectives and ways of attaining them to act as a most productive branch of entire company. Also a strong vision on and the capability of management for driving the Client-side software development process (like mobile apps, portable web applications and desktop applications) is demanded. • Experience in writing detailed product and technical specifications. • Experience with entire development cycle or projects, and doing so in a fast- paced workplace. • Understands the value of the features being added to the platform and understands how to measure the success of those features. • Lead development team that creates the web and mobile user interfaces. • Translate business goals, feature concepts and customer needs into prioritized product requirements and use cases. • Partner with the marketing team to translate product features into customer value propositions. • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to launch products on time. • Translate technical specifications into detailed product requirements. • Create innovative, intuitive product features and built early-feature prototypes. • Establish criteria for each milestone within the product road-map as a means to measure developmental progress. • Lead bi-monthly Spiral (agile) planning meetings to develop team strategies and define project goals. • Coach and mentor members, including conducting performance reviews.
