Job Description

- Collaborates with Stakeholders, Product Leadership and Development teams to define product requirements. - Ensures products and services integrate in a coherent and performant way, with scalability. - Be a key knowledge owner on how to integrate products. - Proficient with Agile methodology, author’s product backlog, defines story acceptance criteria, manages and prioritizes backlog. - Work with developers on clarifying requirements and negotiating the scope of proposed enhancements based on priorities and estimates. - Approves each user story has met the Definition of Ready during the sprint, conducts User Acceptance Testing - Works in a highly collaborative environment, and empowers decisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint. - Proactively monitors, identifies, debugs and prioritizes product issues. Identifies opportunities for improvements and delivers on them. - Monitors product performance and feature improvement impacts, and recommends course corrections using data driven decisions. - Provides status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
