Job Description

Senior Technical Office Engineer at a luxury residential construction project in District 1 of Tehran We are delighted to offer the position to candidates who meet the following requirements: - Proficiency in structural design software - Experience of working as a control officer in concrete construction projects - Mastery of Iranian and international concrete building codes (the most recent interaction should have been within the past three months)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from one of Iran’s public universities - Master’s degree in structural engineering, earthquake engineering, or geotechnical engineering from one of Iran’s public universities - 30 to 40 years of age - High proficiency in M.S. Word and M.S. Excel - Interest in taking initiative and becoming the driving force of the workspace - Enjoying one’s field and specialty - Teamwork skills - Seeking a lively and dynamic work environment in Tehran - Well-organized and orderly in daily life - Have a logical and mathematical mind - Interest in executive career
