Job Description

-Monitoring and controlling the performance of machinery in order to identify, prevent and reduce the causes of sudden breakdowns, and the disposal of maintenance and repairs of machinery -Supervising and controlling over planned periodic visits to reduce the technical stopping of machinery and optimum use of machinery -Communicate effectively with other units in order to plan appropriate maintenance and repair machinery, prevention and reduction of stoppages -Supervising and planning for the follow-up of construction, repair and purchase orders, in order to ensure the supply of the required parts of machinery at the best possible time and with the highest quality -Monitoring the completion of maintenance records and repairing machinery in order to gather statistics and reports related to the process of data analysis, planning of stopping stops, increasing machine life and optimal use of spare parts -Upgrading the level of knowledge and technical knowledge in the maintenance and repair process in order to provide appropriate solutions for improving productivity -Supporting and training sub-staff in the maintenance and repair process -Preparing the maintenance guidelines and procedures and controlling processes in order to improve the effectiveness of systematic performance process -Receiving performance reports of suppliers for different parts of the maintenance and repair process, reviewing and presenting appropriate comments to the plant manager -Location: Kaveh Industrial City in Saveh


-Masters degree in electrical or mechanical engineering -At least 5 years experience in Technical management -Have a good experience of maintenance and repair of all mechanical, hydraulic and electric equipment -Have a good knowledge of Cellulose Industries is preferred -Other skills: -Excellent command in management principles -Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise -Strong team building, decision-making, people management skills and problem solving -Preferred Gender: Male -Must be fluent in English
