Job Description

The successful candidate would directly report to the CEO/Partner. He/she will be responsible for managing all technical affairs including but not limited to the below items: -Hiring, motivating and leading technical team members -Establishing software development process and set objectives for process -Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met -Reviewing timeframes and budgets -Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
