Job Description
•Main Objective:
Support sales and after sales services
•Main Responsibilities:
-Site and case study
-Site visit
-Workshop management
-Preparing and Reporting to Technical and Engineering Deputy
-Preparing weekly, monthly and annual report
-Preparing guarantee and warranty of company products
-After sales services and customer service
-Proposing technical advice for choosing right product
-Manage customer claim
-Holding seminars workshops and training program
-Build and maintain strong relationship based on excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and overseas agents
-Reporting to: Technical Deputy and Managing Director
-Subordinates: Technicians
-Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
-Working Hours: Saturdays - Wednesday: 9.00 a.m to 17.00 p.m / Thursday: 9.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m.
*Travel requirements: on Monthly basis, site visit.
