Job Description
-Managing and Handling Medical Representatives
-Reporting total daily/weekly /monthly activity of team to Sales and Marketing manager
-Monitoring team activity
-Train his/her own team and increase their capability
-Be in touch with medical staff
-Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy
-Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
-Research data of competitors and market conditions
-Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance
-Be fully operational in sales techniques, master all operational tools
