Requirements
● Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, or related majors.
● At least 5 years of experience as medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 1 year of experience as a product specialist/team supervisor.
● Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
● Adherence to the company's strategies and values and ability to work in a team.
● Current position of the candidate: team leader or senior rep.
● Good knowledge of sales.
● Good insight into marketing issues.
● Experience in team management or project management.
● Problem-solving skills.
● Minimum age: 30 years old.
