Job Description

The talent manager in Karnameh manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that Performance Management (PM) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. This position will also conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Karnameh, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning. Responsibilities: ● Manage the process of finalizing and updating the organizational chart of different units. ● Manage the recruitment and hiring process. ● Manage the onboarding and orientation process. ● Manage training plans and the needs assessment process and monitor how it is implemented and its effectiveness. ● Manage the process of developing and designing the career paths of the organization. ● Manage the process of updating job descriptions. ● Manage the process of developing and assigning job competencies and determining how to evaluate each competency. ● Identify the key positions and personnel in the organization, design a succession plan and oversee its updates. ● Manage processes related to staff growth, development, engagement, and motivation. Requirements

● At least 7 years of direct experience in HR. ● Fluent in English. ● Good knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite. ● Bachelor's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering; a MAster's degree in HR Management is a plus.
