• Implementation of HR operational action plans aligned to the Darmanyab Strategy • Conducting a needs analysis and implementing appropriate solutions and interventions. • Cost-effective Talent Acquisition including packaged remuneration to suit customers • Providing services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations • Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job profile in order to meet Business requirements • Managed staff retention and exit formalities • Utilized OD, learning and development, well being, acquisition and retention • Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary • Working towards best practice • Working towards an efficient electronic HR systems and processes • Reduce Cost per Hire - Aligning the recruitment process to cope with the organizational flow of demand
Requirements
•Education: At least BA/BSc in Relevant filed in HR Sciences or equivalent •Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years General HR experience. Agile/pharmaceutical Company working experience would be an advantage •Knowledge: Recruitment, HR administration, Performance Management, OD, Training & Development, Remuneration, HRMS •Skills: Business acumen, Conflict Handling, Diversity management, Communication, Facilitation, Counseling, Interviewing, Work management, Negotiation, change and transformation management, computer literacy presentation and report writing skills •Abilities: Decision making within parameters set out by HR Manager Working towards best Practices Provide continuous improvement and innovation on customer service
