Job Description

● To implement and maintain the critical skills framework and identification of critical skills needed in the organization. ● To conduct training needs assessment for staff and liaise with functional teams to design IDP in support of individual performance agreement. ● To source and develop effective learning solutions to implement staff development plans and individual succession/career development plan for long term development. ● To implement learning solutions in an effective way to meet MTN Irancell service standards. ● To assess training vendors and provider input to management team to select new suppliers. ● To ensure the training data are kept accurate and updated for further analysis. ●To organize, establish and maintain relationships with learning providers to stay abreast of latest courses and development programs. ● To promote the culture of knowledge sharing and management in organization to capture tacit knowledge. ● To evaluate and analyses talent development programs and provide insightful reports and analysis. ● To liaise with other HR teams to ensure the necessary support are provided to employee development programs. ● To design digital content according to the requirement of internal customer and make it available in digital learning platform. ● To research and analyze on latest technology of digital learning in telecom industry and provide improvement plan. ● To prepare reports summarizing distance learning statistical data or describing distance learning program objectives and accomplishments. ● To develop knowledge management Policy, procedures and process and monitor its compliance and implementation in the company. ● To provide requirement for knowledge management implementation and maintaining systems. ● To conduct evaluation of KM performance and its effectiveness and provide improvement plan. ● To advise line manager to prepare individual development plan related to its subordinates based on competency gaps identified to improve team efficiency. ● To troubleshoot and own quality management of learning systems and ensure content compliance with MTN Irancell CI Guide. ● To coordinate with ITS and Network for implementation and maintenance of systems and applications. ● To maintain and report on SLAs with vendors whom MTN Irancell has procured its digital learning platforms.

Requirements

● BA in human resources / educational management / industrial psychology or related. ● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Fluent in English.
