Job Description

The talent development manager in Karnameh manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that Performance Management (PM) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. You are supposed to: ● Create a talent development strategy. ● Manage training plans and the needs assessment process and monitor how it is implemented and its effectiveness. ● Manage the process of developing and designing the career paths of the organization. ● Manage the process of developing and assigning job competencies and determining how to evaluate each competency. ● Identify the key positions and personnel in the organization, design a succession plan and oversee its updates. ● Manage processes related to staff growth, development, engagement, and motivation. Requirements

● At least five years of direct experience in HR. ● English proficiency. ● Good knowledge of MS Office. ● Bachelor's degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering; Master's degree in HRM is a plus.
