Job Description

-Collaborating across the business and HR to develop and build competencies across functions -Creating career ladders for critical functions, providing clearer career development opportunities for our people -Managing 360 evaluation and performance management process -Identifying talent-related gaps and recommend thoughtful solutions, grounded by company strategy, to drive individual and organizational performance improvement and build capability. -Managing external vendor relationships with Executive Coaches and Organization Development Consultants on behalf of client groups -Creating strategy that identifies roles/skills required in the future and creates learning approach to address -Designing and implementing effective succession planning process

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, MBA, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Management or any other related field -Fluent command of English language -Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience across talent management, and/or senior HR Business Partner roles -Familiarity with organization design, team effectiveness, talent management, Assessment tools and change management best practices and frameworks -Consultative and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate a vast, diverse and complex landscape -Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
