Holoo Software Engineering Company needs a skilled talented acquisition specialist to take charge of our talent full-cycle recruitment. Besides facilitating effective staffing, you will provide a pleasant experience for our prospective employees throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
● Source and recruit candidates using various channels i.e. social media, job postings, etc.
● Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
● Assess applicants and determine the right fit for the job.
● Assist in organizing online technical assessments.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
● Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
● Assist and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
● Build our applicant database.
● Research and identify various sources (i.e. universities and job portals).
● Assist to prepare monthly/yearly recruitment analytics and hiring status reports.
● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create recruitment branding materials.
● Approach every task with an open mind and learn new skills.
● Fix problems and provide feedback for improvement.
● Do great work and inspire others to do the same.
● Communicate honestly and effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external.
