● Full acquaintance with job placement websites (Job Visio, Iran Talent, etc.).
● Experience in professional social networks such as LinkedIn, etc.
● Full acquaintance with online interview software (Skype, Skyroom, etc.) and employment technics.
● Experience in job exhibitions for competent employees.
● Ability in headhunting for special careers and/or management.
● Great skill in compiling and upgrading job analysis documents.
● Acquaintance with competence model and job competence.
● Acquaintance with structural interviews model and KSAB and STAR models.
● Having teamwork spirit, willingness to social interaction, interest in learning, and individual progress.
● Great verbal and communicating skills, professional in negotiation principles and technics.
● Ability to provide managerial reports in employment and talent spotting.
● At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
