We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
● Lead generation and sourcing, recruiting, interviews and assessments, reference checking.
● Source potential candidates from different channels.
● Conduct exit interviews and find the main reason.
● Prepare monthly reports, and create a database for data gathering.
● Calculate recruitment and recruitment metrics, update them and prepare regular quarterly reports.
● Participate in the development of socialization.
● Participation in projects related to the development of employer branding.
● Take action in implementing an On-Boarding program for new employees.
● Improve recruitment strategy by developing insightful recruitment analytics to direct hiring efforts.
● Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to advertise and get in touch with the best available candidates.
● Attract quality candidates through various channels by working closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring positions and our plans for growth.
● Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
