● Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods.
● Implementing the performance management system and find effectiveness and practical methodology about performance management system in FMCG company.
● Develop and manage HR Communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy.
● Conduct exit interview and find the main reason.
● Prepare monthly reports, and create a database for data gathering.
