Job Description

● Lead generation and sourcing, recruiting, interviews and assessments, reference checking, job offer, orientation plan about vacancies. ● Analyze and design training needs assessment to develop training plan or modify and improve existing programs and Prepare training budget for department or organization. ● Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods. ● Implementing the performance management system and find effectiveness and practical methodology about performance management system in FMCG company. ● Develop and manage HR Communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy. ● Conduct exit interview and find the main reason. ● Prepare monthly reports, and create a database for data gathering.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Training or related field. ● At least 3 years experience in related fields. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel (Advanced). ● Familiar with training standards specially ISO10015. ● Fluent in English.
