Job Description
* Prepare and publish job posts
* Conduct recruitment interviews and support actively during the hiring process. (Interview
coordination, phone interview, resume screening, etc.)
* Find potential hires and passive candidates and negotiate jobs with them
* Maintain friendly and effective relationship with interviewee and employees
* Follow up actions with both candidates & hiring managers, regarding the results of interview
sessions.
* Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on company’s recruitment status
* Take action in implementing an On-Boarding program for new employees
