Role Talent Acquisition Specialist About the role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of our full-cycle recruitment, facilitate effective staffing, and provide a pleasant experience for our prospective employees throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities ● Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the roles within the organization. ● Source and recruit candidates using various channels, such as social media and job postings. ● Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent. ● effectively assess applicants and determine the right fit for the job. ● Assist in organizing online technical assessments. ● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. ● Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. ● Assist and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs and campus recruitment drives. ● Build our applicant database. Research and identify various sources (e.g. universities and job portals). ● Assist with preparing monthly/yearly recruitment analytics and hiring status reports. ● Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to create recruitment branding materials.

Requirements

Minimum requirements ● A university degree or other relevant professional qualifications ● In-depth knowledge of the industry to effectively source for ideal candidates ● Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards ● Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently ● Dexterous at using Office software, e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel ● the ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures ● Proficiency in oral and written English language ● excellent interpersonal skills Preferred experience ● Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry or a similar role ● Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations Perks and benefits ● Market-based salary ● Annual performance bonus ● Health benefits ● Flexi hours Location Negar Tower, Valiasr Ave. (Vanak Sq.), Tehran
