Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. This position will conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Karnameh. You are supposed to: ● Manage the process of finalizing and updating the organizational chart of different units. ● Create a talent acquisition strategy. ● Manage the recruitment and hiring process. ● Design, develop and implement cost-effective talent acquisition tools. ● Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience. ● Determine HR and recruiting KPIs. ● Manage the onboarding process. ● Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team. ● Manage the process of updating job descriptions. Requirements

● At least five years of direct experience in HR. ● Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation. ● Good understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. ● Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and dashboards. ● English proficiency. ● Good knowledge of MS Office. ● Bachelor's degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering; Master's degree in HRM is a plus.
