● Analyze and forecast the hiring needs of the departments.
● Plan, develop, manage and oversee employer branding activities.
● Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs.
● Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions.
● Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (conduct interviews and screen calls, etc.).
● Review employment applications.
● Perform employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention.
● Assist with job profile designing.
● Assist with newcomers onboarding in a timely manner.
