- Implementing and managing the Process Management System in coordination with the different actors and contributors of the processes - Establishing a system for evaluation and job analysis - Preparing and implementing a justified payment and bounces system - Establishing the incentive and encouraging systems - Looking for solutions and suggesting solutions to management in order to solve problems

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor degree - Expert in terms of labor law and good understanding of insurance regulations - Expert in MS-Office - Looking for solutions and suggesting solutions to management in order to solve problems - Professional behavior and attitude - Good communication skills - Reliable - Fluent in management concepts and systematic thinking - Being able to provide methods and forms - Being able to work as a team member
