Job Description
- Designing processes based on standard notations such as BPMN2 by focus on ITIL Framework - Define, measure and analyze KPIs for processes to assess process effectiveness - Analyze, monitor and ensure that the organization processes comply with international standards - Managing organization document system; i.e. designing and implementing required documents (procedures, instructions, forms etc.) - Carrying out business analysis and preparing managerial report related to Integrated Management System - Performing internal audits based on implemented management system standards - Following up corrective and preventive actions - Managing organizational certificates in order to be sure that certificates from different governmental and non-governmental organizations are issued and updated based on the schedule.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineering, Management or Master’s Degree in IT Management or MBA - At Least 3 years of experience in related fields. Working in IT industry considered as a plus. - Good knowledge of BPM, ITIL, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000:2018 - Very dynamic team player - Good communication skills - Strong critical and creative thinking skills. - Good ability to manage conflicts among different teams and parties - Good command of English - Strong strategic thinking skill - The ability to analyze businesses based on BABOK approach - Prior experience in implementation of management systems based on ISO 20000-1 is an advantage - Familiarity with APQC and ISO27001:2013 (ISMS) is considered as an advantage - Familiarity with network and IT infrastructure is considered as an advantage - The ability to work overtime as necessary - Working hours: Full Time
