Job Description

- Analyzing and improving business processes. - Identifying and designing organizational processes - Producing comprehensive documents such as Process Models, Activity diagrams, Work flows etc. - Develop and implement process metrics to document initial baseline process performance, identify meaningful metrics, and identify efficiency and quality goals - Review processes, propose efficiency improvements, and implement approved process improvements. - Develop or assist with the improvement of specific policies, instructions, checklists and standards through individual effort or as part of a team effort to improve or resolve issues with current and future activities as directed by the customer

Requirements

- Bachelor or MS degree in related fields such as industrial management - Identifying and designing organizational processes - Implementing & developing quality management systems - Controlling the progress of programs and projects, evaluating the achievement of goals - Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Familiar with requirements of ISO 9001 and 19011 and document design and control - Fluent in English especially reading and translating documents in related context. - Familiar with Strategic Management - Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - High flexibility, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization - Ideal age: 25 – 35 - Gender Preference: Male - At least 2 years of work experience - Able to travel extensively between Plants(TEHRAN, BANDARABBAS) and office
