Job Description

- Study and review of business processes to increase the effectiveness of activities - Troubleshooting, reviewing, and re-engineering business processes periodically and continuously - Identifying relevant new organizational systems and methods and track their implementation in the organization - Designing and developing the required bylaws, section codes and guidelines - Managing the improvement of procedures, including identifying, documenting, and modifying activities and processes in different domains - Planning to improve processes and procedures - Supervising the implementation of management systems in the organization through internal audits - Continuous communication with all units and collection centers to ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality management system - Investigating methods of allocation of space and time for effective utilization of manpower and physical labor possibilities - Offer corrective suggestions on how to improve systems and workflows - Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points. - Review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals. - Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements

- B.S. /M.A. in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management - At least 3-5 years practical and relevant experience. - Familiar with Organization Structure and Formation Development fundamentals - Familiar with Methods and Systems of Improvement Systems - Familiarity with Process Modeling Techniques - Must maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures - Possess strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy - Understand modern office practices, procedures and equipment - Maintain the ability to collect, research, organize and analyze data - Possess the ability to work as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction - Successful at working in a fast-paced environment - Maintain flexibility and/or the ability to work overtime as needed in order to meet stringent schedules and time lines
