Job Description

-Review processes, propose efficiency improvements, and implement approved process improvements -Define, measure and analyze KPIs for processes to assess process effectiveness -Deploys the ERP solutions to achieve the pre-defined business goals and trains and supports users in their processes. -Producing comprehensive documents such as Process Models, Activity diagrams, Work flows -Receiving and testing system against business requirements, execute unit testing and end to end process testing -Collecting, cleaning and controlling master data -Perform all aspects of data migration from legacy systems to ERP in order to ensure business users have a smooth transition to their new environment -Help organize and lead meetings to gather and validate business requirements -Producing comprehensive documents such as Process Models, Activity diagrams, Work flows
