Job Description
• Establishing or developing procedures and guidelines for the organization to clarify working relationships and information flows. • Research and review about the latest achievements of information systems, methods and procedures related to business. • Designing or developing required database systems to enhance the process of procurement, production, distribution, sales, etc. • Identify the core, backup and management processes in the organization. • Identify and continually monitor the indicators associated with the processes to determine corrective and preventive measures. • Co-operation to monitor the performance of contractors considering systems issues. • Supervision and collaboration in organization audits based on the quality management standard. • Preparing audit reports and tracking corrected obsolescence. • Provide management reports on system performance and projected improvement status. • Conduct management review sessions with all senior managers to verify the status of system performance. • Codification of organizational documents and quality guidelines, policies and procedures.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: at least M.Sc. of industrial engineering or related fields. • Nature and length of previous experience: at least 7 years related experience. • Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of Procedure models, Knowledge and experience of ERP, Knowledge of ISO. • Soft Skills and Personality traits: Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Agility, Team Work, Leadership, Decision making,.
