Job Description
● Ensure adherence to standard technologies, policies, procedures, best practices, security, and business system processes.
● Consolidate and steer analysis, prioritization, and documentation of software requirements and gaps in pursuit of solutions.
● Identify inter-dependencies across internal units and IFS vendors to ensure that conflicts are managed effectively.
● Monitor IFS best practices and advancement and technological opportunities to discover and proposed ways the business can benefit from.
● Manage and facilitate engagement of IFS vendors and ensure the quality of services.
● Oversee, Develop and manage IFS Enhancement roadmap and program based on business and system requirements and ensure delivery of enhancement projects.
● Enable users by Identifying general training requirements and facilitating the execution of training programs and Ensuring the availability of training materials and user guides.
