Job Description

- Study and review of business processes to increase the effectiveness of activities - Participate in Designing and developing the required bylaws, section codes and guidelines - Helping with improvement of procedures, including identifying, documenting, and modifying activities and processes in different domains (Especially in Insurance Industry) - Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures - Review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals - Meeting with responsible people of processes

Requirements

- M.S. in Industrial Engineering - At least 5 years of experience in related fields - Minimum 3 years of experience in an Insurance Company is necessary. - Good knowledge of Processing and recording insurance policies and claims. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask - Ability to work independently or within a group - Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft office Software - Good command of English
