● Lead initiatives for continuous product and process improvement and innovation objectives.
● Design, evaluate, reengineer and improve processes in all organization systems.
● Analyze difficulties and dilemmas of current processes.
● Analyze organizational architecture and propose a new structure.
● Identify and reports any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
● Share lessons learned and best practices across divisions and groups.
● Establish methodologies and metrics-driven culture to verify process performance (KPIs).
