Job Description

Role description: ● Strategic plan and document the views and changes and strategic orientations of the organization. ● Update and analyze defined KPIs and provide diagnostic reports. ● Content production in strategy science. ● Carry out the coordination of meetings to discover strategic ideas. ● Design and analytical reports and management dashboards. ● Follow and update operational plans. ● Define performance and outcome measures (KPI & KRI) and target them based on their strategic plan, follow-up, and reporting.

Requirements

Requirements: ● University qualifications: Master's degree in Industrial engineering. ● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years of related experience. ● Specialist knowledge: Familiar with the organizational processes at production industries. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Analytical thinking, systematic thinking, problem solving, decision making, communication skills, collaboration, agility, innovation, and creativity. Skills required: ● Mastering the concepts of strategic planning and management and recognizing its models ● Mastery of concepts, methods, and techniques of strategic planning ● Familiarity with business analysis ● Fluent in MS-Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and familiarity with Access Key points are familiar with the food industry, management systems (ISO9001,10002,10004), and strategic planning.
