Job Description
- Study organizational structures, methods, systems and procedures.
- Encourage the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organizations’ resources
- Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures
- Direct clients towards more efficient organization and developing solutions to organizational problems
- Analyze organizations’ work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions
- Prepare and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
- Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
