Job Description
• Implementation and maintenance of the standards in different classes of ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000) certificates.
• Monitor and ensure that the organization processes comply with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000) and ITIL
• Develop and Optimize organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures
• Maintenance all organizational processes and structures
• Implementing IT solution for improving and facilitate procedures
• Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting
• Conducting external audits based upon the implemented management system standards
• Complete and comprehensive documentation of the ITIL process
• Prepare business analysis and managerial report
• Managing organizational certificates, issuing and updating certificates from different governmental and non-governmental organizations
