Job Description
● Design, model, monitor, implement and improve business processes.
● Collaborate with the team to design and prepare a corporate strategy and strategic planning.
● Prepare Procedures, instructions, and other documents based on ISO standards and QMS.
● System design and analysis, including assessing, evaluating, and upgrading instructions.
● Collaborate on the diagnosis and improvement of existing organization processes
● Identify and monitor process indicators.
● Interpret and implement quality assurance standards e.g., ISO, etc.
● Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
● Data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
● Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
